- Build trust with customers through professionalism, communication, and industry knowledge
- Follow up with leads, unanswered estimates, and pending decisions in a timely and organized manner
- Maintain accurate customer notes, job details, photos, and scheduling information within company systems
- Coordinate with operations and field crews to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
- Represent Tree Ya Later professionally in all customer interactions and uphold company standards for service and communication
- Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate, including hazardous tree concerns, preventative maintenance, or neighboring property needs
- Stay informed on company services, safety practices, and industry best practices
- Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the company through strong customer relationships and consistent performance
This is not a "sit behind a desk" sales role. The ideal candidate is comfortable outdoors, capable of walking properties, assessing job conditions, and communicating confidently with homeowners in the field.

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
- Professional appearance and attitude when representing the company
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently throughout the day
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation — this role requires many hours of driving in a company truck
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking residential and commercial properties
- Ability to learn tree removal, tree care, and property protection concepts quickly
- Basic technology skills, including smartphone, email, scheduling software, and estimating tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in the field
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and field crews
- Comfortable handling multiple estimates, appointments, and follow-ups simultaneously
- Have a Positive Attitude: Ask questions and accept coaching
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in sales, estimating, construction, landscaping, roofing, tree work, or other home service industries
- Experience generating estimates or managing customer relationships
- Knowledge of tree species, tree health, or tree removal processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced or field-based environment
