Skills needed:

- Proficient in chainsaw use.

- Can drive a truck and trailer. Be able to back up.

- Have a team mentality.

- Be able to adapt new processes and procedures that we implement.

- Be able to lift 50 lbs. off the ground.

- Be aware of your surroundings.

- Have common sense.

Requirements:

- Must have worked for a tree company 6 months or more.

- Must have used a wood chipper before. All chippers are different so we will train on its use, but a basic awareness and understanding of how chippers work is needed.

- Preferred but not required:

- Be able to assist the climber with rigging ropes.

- Using mini skid steer with grapple.
